The International Conference with the theme of Tourism and Marine Tourism is organized by Ton Duc Thang University (Vietnam) and National Penghu University of Science and Technology (Taiwan). The TMT 2017 aims to encourage and support students, academics and researchers in engaging in the fields of tourism and marine tourism. This common platform is expected to provide the basis for sustainable development of the marine resource and tourism.

This Conference is a forum to discuss socioeconomic impacts on tourism and coastal tourism; incorporating debates on the development of tourism and the coastal tourism model, enhancing the experience for visitors; encouraging educational activities and environmental protection, analysing the consequences of tourism development, the factors that affect the lives of local residents and the role played by the community in building sustainable tourism.

The papers are presented at the Conference, which is constitute the materials of the TMT 2017 Conference Proceedings, published by Ton Duc Thang University, and indexes of Australia ISBN Agency; expected to index in the database of Scopus, The Netherlands.
