This is the topic of the Workshop organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). The main speaker of the program is Architect Nguyen Son, CEO of STS Design and Build Company of STS Group.

At the Workshop, the Speaker presented changes in the needs of young people for work and living space; at the same time introduced new design trends that architects must pursue to meet social needs. According to him, modern architecture needs to satisfy such factors as having a green space at work, having common living space for socialization, ensuring property security, and reasonable cost of use, etc.

Architect Son Nguyen also introduced the typical projects suitable for young people of STS Group in Ho Chi Minh City such as Designers Hub, Onetel, Aura, Dreamplex, etc.

Attending the Workshop, TDTU members have got a more realistic view of new design trends in Vietnam; At the same time, they were explained about the industry in detail.
