On April 15, 2022, Dr. Tran Trong Dao - Acting President of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) chaired a talk between leaders and students in the academic year 2021-2022. Attendees of the talk were the heads of functional units, deans of faculties, and more than 100 students representing those studying at TDTU.

In addition to the questions that were sent to the Organization Committee in advance, many other questions were raised by the student representatives at the talk, and those questions were answered and explained clearly. Many questions focused on issues related to training regulations, academic procedures, and teaching and learning facilities which were raised directly by the students received specific instructions.

The university leaders have also received many ideas proposed by students and assigned them to related units for the implementation such as organizing “English day”, expanding the system of clubs/teams/ groups, and many other practical ideas.

At the end of the talk, Dr. Tran Trong Dao highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and constructiveness of the students, encouraged them to reflect on practical issues that are directly related to students' learning and training through the university's official channels; at the same time, reminded students to focus on their studies and carefully grasp the university's regulations to follow them properly.

This is an annual activity of TDTU to create an open and frank exchange forum between students and the Presidential Board and leaders of units under the university, thereby helping the university to get information quickly and accurately, and give the best support to students.
