On the morning of March 15, 2023, the Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company organized a talk show with the theme “How to get success" presented by the speaker Hoang Nam Tien - Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company. The event has attracted the interest and participation of nearly 800 TDTU students.

The speaker shared his actual experiences in the process of developing his company and provided useful contents around necessary skills to adapt to today’s career trends. Also, he inspired students to have dreams and goals of starting a business and enhance their skills in managing and building their own team.

TDTU students asked practical questions related to how to overcome difficulties in the start-up phase, ways to build the image of a successful leader, and how to determine short-term and long-term goals to lead a successful team. The speaker answered questions enthusiastically and in detail, and gave advice based on his practical experience.

The event not only provided new information about the change of career trends in the digital transformation period, equipped students with the necessary skills to become a leader in organizations and enterprises, but also created opportunities to exchange and share ideas between business leaders and TDTU students regarding the start-up issue.
