Handover of key projects from the green summer campaign in Duc Pho Town, Quang Ngai Province

As part of the commitments made in the Green Summer Campaign by Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in Duc Pho town, Quang Ngai Province, on July 5, 2024, a delegation of TDTU led by Dr. Tran Trong Dao, President, carried out the handover of key projects including awarding scholarships to students in difficult circumstances in Duc Pho Town and handing over two charitable houses to two disadvantaged families in Pho Cuong and Pho Nhon communes (Duc Pho town).

Handover Ceremony of Charitable Houses for Disadvantaged Families

During the Green Summer campaign in Duc Pho Town, the TDTU student delegation organized and provided financial support for the construction and renovation of homes for two disadvantaged families in Pho Cuong and Pho Nhon communes, with a total value of 130 million VND.

During the visit, the delegation visited the living areas of the student volunteer team participating in the Green Summer campaign in Duc Pho Town. Dr. Tran Trong Dao, the president of TDTU, praised the spirit of volunteerism and the youthful dedication of the volunteer team for their contributions to the community.

The TDTU Green Summer Campaign in Duc Pho Town, Quang Ngai Province, took place from June 23 to July 6, 2024, with the active participation of 30 volunteers. At the campaign site, the volunteers, alongside local youth union members, engaged in meaningful projects such as supporting the construction of charitable houses, organizing activities to care for families under preferential treatment policy and individuals with difficult family circumstances, organizing activities for children, and participating in the development of new countryside.
