The Party Committee of Ton Duc Thang University Organized a Hub for the Studying, Understanding, and Implementing the Resolution of the 11th Plenary Session of the 13th Party Central Committee

In compliance with Official Dispatch No. 13-CV/BTGDVĐU issued by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, dated April 16, 2025, the Party Committee of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized an online hub for the conference on studying, understanding, and implementing the Resolution of the 11^th Plenary Session of the 13^th Party Central Committee.

At the TDTU Party Committee’s online hub, the conference was attended by 330 comrades, including members of the University’s Party Executive Committee, members from 18 subordinate Party cells, members of the Executive Committee of the University Trade Union, members of the Executive Committee of the University Youth Union, and leaders of affiliated and subordinate units within the University.

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented Thematic Report No. 1 on “Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14^th National Congress of the Party: New points in the summary of certain theoretical and practical issues regarding the socialist-oriented reform process over the past 40 years in Vietnam, new points in the draft report on Party building and the implementation of the Party’s Charter to be submitted to the 14^th National Congress, new points in the draft political report, new points in the draft report on the five-year implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy for 2021 - 2030, along with the orientations and tasks for socio-economic development for the 2026–2030 period.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented Thematic Report No. 2 on “Amendments to the constitution and laws; the orientation for the election of deputies to the 16^th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term”.

Next, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Commission Le Minh Hung presented Thematic Report No. 3 on “Continued restructuring of the organizational apparatus toward streamlining, efficiency, and effectiveness; amendments and supplements to the regulations on implementing the Party Charter; and the revised Directive replacing Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024, and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025, of the 13^th Politburo regarding Party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.”

At the conclusion of the conference, Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, delivered a directive speech.

The conference holds great significance in terms of raising awareness among officials and Party members, especially for Party committees at all levels. It serves as an important foundation for Party organizations to effectively continue the implementation, study, understanding, and widespread dissemination of the Resolution.
