In May 2024, the Asia University Rankings 2024 of the Times Higher Education (THE) announced that Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) was ranked 193rd out of 1,127 higher education institutions in Asia.
In the evaluation process, TDTU’s overall score is 41.9. The scores for each criterion are as follows:
- Research Quality: 86.6
- Industry: 20.9
- International Outlook: 63.1
- Research Environment: 19.1
- Teaching: 15.1
THE has been ranking Asian universities since 2013, with the same ranking criteria as the World University Rankings, and with weights adjusted to suit the characteristics of universities in Asia.
