In November 2025, the QS (Quacquarelli Symonds, UK) announced the results of the QS Sustainability Rankings 2026 for sustainable universities. Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) was ranked 553rd among a total of 2,022 of the world’s most sustainable universities.

The QS sustainability ranking uses data collected and evaluated by QS itself, based on indicators designed to measure a university’s capability to address the world’s greatest environmental, social, and governance challenges.
