The Graduation Ceremony for Undergraduate and Graduate Students in Phase 2, 2024 at Ton Duc Thang University

On October 18, 2024 and November 1, 2024, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) holds the graduation ceremony for undergraduate and graduate students in Phase 2, 2024. In this graduation phase, there are 3,921 undergraduate students and 49 graduate students who have completed their study programs.

Presiding over the ceremony was Dr. Tran Trong Dao - Chairman of the Science and Training Council, President of TDTU, along with members of Presidential Board, members of The Science and Training Council, and Heads of Faculties, Departments and Units under TDTU.

The University honored more than 600 students with high achievements in studying, including those who graduated with Excellent and Very Good performance, graduated 1 year ahead of schedule, achieved English level of 8.5 IELTS or higher, won many outstanding awards in scientific research, arts and sports. There were 4 international students (Thai, Indian and Nigerian) studying full-time at the University who were awarded doctoral degrees in this phase.

On this occasion, the President delivered a message to new graduates: The degree that you hold in your hands today is a recognition of your efforts and you are at a new starting position. The journey ahead will require perseverance, determination, and above all, a spirit of continuous learning. “The road ahead is what really matters. It is longer, more challenging and requires more efforts from you. However, I believe that those challenges will train you and help you shine. Always carry within you a burning desire, which will be the torch guiding you through all difficulties”.
