Human resources of Finance-banking industry in the Industrial Revolution 4.0
On the morning of July 20, 2018, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and the Vietnam Bank’s Association held a Workshop on Human resources of finance and banking industry in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 with the attendance of experts and leaders from many financial institutions and banks in Vietnam.
At the workshop, the delegates discussed many issues related to the challenges and opportunities that the human resources of Finance and banking industry have to face in the current Industrial Revolution such as how to develop the human resources of Finace and Banking industry to meet the requirements of Industrial Revolution 4.0? Internet foundation and application of digital economy and digital finance in Vietnam; application of new technologies to electronic payment; the inevitable trend of digital banking in the Industrial Revolution 4.0; job opportunities in Banking and Finance 4.0; Ommi-Channel channel banking service.
The workshop ended successfully at TDTU. It provided experts, leadear as well as TDTU lecturers with exchange forum on practical issues. The TDTU Faculty of Finance and Banking had the opportunity to listen to opinions from enterprises in the industry to update and adjust the objectives, contents and methods of education for the current program of the Faculty. The students understood more about the state of the industry at the world level; knew the effects of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the human resource requirements of the industry today as well as in the future, so that they can get the right attitude in learning and practicing to prepare well for start-ups in the coming time.
