Annual Meeting between the Presidential Board and Experts, Scientists, Key Lecturers, and Strong Research Groups for the Academic Year 2025-2026
On January 23, 2026, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) held its annual meeting between the Presidential Board and Experts, Scientists, Key Lecturers, and Strong Research Groups for the academic year 2025-2026.
The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Dao – President, Dr. Vo Hoang Duy – Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Son – Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Duc Hien – Head of the Department for Management of Science and Technology Development (DEMASTED), along with more than 100 lecturers serving as Professors/Associate Professors/Key Lecturers, leaders and core members of strong research groups, as well as leaders of several related departments.
The working agenda of the meeting included the following items:
- Updates on newly issued legal documents related to science and technology (S&T).
- New S&T information and policies of the University.
- Key tasks and development plans for science and technology of units and strong research groups.
- Proposals and solutions for the University’s S&T development in the coming period.
During the meeting, the University Presidential Board also addressed the feedback and recommendations from units regarding science and technology activities, while engaging in direct exchanges and discussions with participants to resolve current difficulties and challenges in research activities at faculties, institutes, and other units.
The event is an annual activity designed to provide a platform for dialogue and for listening to insights and contributions from experts, scientists, and lecturers, thereby opening up new, practical, and effective orientations for the University’s S&T development.
