Announcement Ceremony for Personnel Decisions at TDTU
On March 27, 2026, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) held a ceremony to announce personnel decisions for its affiliated and subordinate units.
Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Dao – Secretary of the Party Committee and President; Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Son – Vice President; along with leaders of units under the University.
At the ceremony, the University’s leadership presented decisions and offered congratulatory flowers to managerial staff who were appointed, assigned, or entrusted with tasks during this phase. Personnel work, including the identification, training, appointment, reappointment, and rotation of staff, is carried out regularly and continuously to consolidate the organizational structure. This demonstrates the continuity and development of the leadership team, contributing to enhancing the quality of management, teaching, and research at TDTU.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the University, extended his congratulations to the lecturers and staff receiving personnel decisions. He acknowledged and highly appreciated their contributions to the overall development of the University, emphasizing the important role of this team in the building and development of the institution. The President assigned tasks to the appointed managerial staff and requested them to continue improving their professional expertise and skills, promoting a spirit of responsibility, creativity, and innovation. He also called on the entire University to strengthen unity and determination to successfully fulfill the set goals, thereby further promoting the rapid and sustainable development of Ton Duc Thang University in the coming years.
The appointed staff also expressed their appreciation for the trust and responsibilities assigned by the Party Committee and the University’s leadership, and committed to making every effort to fulfill their assigned tasks, contributing positively to the overall development of TDTU.
