From December 12th to 14th, 2017 at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), a training course for International Hockey athletes was held with the participation of many athletes, lecturers, domestic and overseas students. This program is organized by the Olympic Solidarity Fund and the Hockey Development Project 2017 in coordination with the HCMC Department of Culture and Sports, Hockey Vietnam Company and TDTU Sport Science Department.
The course conducted by experts from Singapore and Korea including theoretical lessons, practical lessons at the TDT Stadium with professional support equipment, which help students learn and put all theories into practice.
TDTU is the sole university in Vietnam to be qualified for this program and also the first university to offer Hockey in the formal teaching program with the goal of helping students have many options to train themselves to be better instead of killing their time with smart-phone, ipad or living with poor intellectual and away from nature.
