On October 20, 2023, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) - Khanh Hoa Branch held the Opening Ceremony for the new academic year 2023-2024 and welcomed the new students of the 27th intake.

The Opening Ceremony was attended by Mr. Vo Hoang Hai, a Provincial Commissioner and Director of the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa Province; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tri, Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Confederation and representatives from several cooperating high schools including Mr. Huynh Vinh Khang, Principal of Nguyen Van Troi High School; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thu, Principal of Ha Huy Tap High School, as well as representatives from amicable enterprises.

On the TDTU side, the event was honored to welcome the presence of Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau, Vice President, and Mr. Nguyen Van Hung (M.A.), Acting Director of Khanh Hoa Branch, along with leaders of subordinate units of the University, as well as administrative staff, workers, and students of the Khanh Hoa Branch.

At the Opening Ceremony, the University rewarded outstanding students with excellent academic performance and extracurricular points during the 2022-2023 academic year, and awarded scholarships to the new students who were valedictorians in their training majors at the branch. Additionally, during the Opening Ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Ton Duc Thang University made a decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at the Khanh Hoa Branch.
