The 2018 Young Men's Bodybuilding championship which included men's classic bodybuilding and women's fitness in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) was held by the Weightlifting and bodybuilding Federation, Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City from 9th to 11th of August, 2018. On behalf of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), student Nhat Huy from Faculty of Environment and Labor Safety participated in the Championship and won the Bronze Medal at 70 kilo category for 19-21 year-old male athletes.

Bodybuilding is a sport that orientates the development of body shape, helps to build the strong muscles in a balanced way; requires athletes to be diligent and determined in exercise and have persistent healthy diet as well as wholesome activities. Nhat Huy’s achievement continued to show the diversity of talents of TDTU students as well as was the great encouragement for other students to follow the discipline in physical training; especially in the field of training their size and weight to reach the perfect beauty of fitness through methodical sport and physical activities.
