Three more TDTU undergraduate curricula are recognized by AUN-QA

In September 2021, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) completed the evaluation of 3 curricula, including Architecture, Graphic Design, Occupational Safety and Health according to the accreditation standards of the ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA).

As a result, AUN-QA has recognized these curricula to meet the accreditation standards of AUN-QA. The recognition period is 5 years, from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2026.

Therefore, 11 undergraduate curricula of TDTU have been accredited and recognized by AUN-QA, including:

  • Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Environmental science
  • Banking and Finance
  • Applied Mathematics
  • Accounting
  • Biotechnology
  • English Language
  • Architecture
  • Graphic Design
  • Occupational Safety and Health

The set of AUN-QA standards has specific and clear criteria that comprehensively evaluate the curriculum through many aspects such as Expected Learning Outcomes, curriculum, lecturers, facilities, Course Learning Outcomes, etc.

Three more undergraduate curricula were evaluated and recognized by the prestigious international accreditation organization AUN-QA, marking the quality of TDTU’s training as approaching regional and world standards. In addition to AUN-QA, the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) also accredited and recognized 4 other undergraduate curricula of TDTU, including Labor Relations, Regional and Urban Planning, Sociology, and Vietnamese Studies - Major in Tourism and Tourism Management.

In 2021-2022, the University has registered with AUN-QA organization to continue to complete self-assessment reports and accredit 4 other curricula according to the set of AUN-QA Standards version 4.0. In addition, 7 majors including 5 undergraduate majors and 2 Master’s degree programs are completing self-assessment reports according to FIBAA standards; 9 other curricula including 5 undergraduate majors and 4 Master’s degree programs are also completing self-assessment reports according to ASIIN standards.
