On July 20, 2023, the training session for more than 40 newly recruited lecturers, staff - employees of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in the academic year 2022-2023 (2nd time) was held in the meeting room A0403.

Dr. Tran Trong Dao - President of TDTU, on behalf of the Presidential Board, welcomed and congratulated the lecturers, staff and employees: "Thank you for choosing TDTU as your workplace. I wish that you will adapt yourselves to the new environment soon, do a great job, and contribute to building the organization.” At the meeting, Dr. Tran Trong Dao wishes that each lecturer, staff and employee to maintain and develop existing values, as well as spread the traditional cultural message of TDTU: “Nothing is more important than ensuring efficiency in all actions, nothing is more precious than fairness in all conduct, and nothing is more ethical than the spirit of serving the country”.

The training session was shared by Ms. Phung Thi Thuy Thuy - Head of the Department for Personnel & Administrative Affairs, Mr. Phung Thanh Truc - Head Assistant of the Department of Undergraduate Studies, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Van - Head of the Department of Testing & Quality Assessment to help lecturers, staff-employees understand the regulations on their rights, obligations and responsibilities towards the University; ensure necessary professional skills in teaching and scientific research; understanding of TDTU's development orientation and goals.
