On the morning of January 12, 2019, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) held the opening ceremony of the postgraduate programs in the academic year 2019-2020. Attending the meeting were representatives of the Presidential board, leaders of faculties and institutes together with 232 doctoral students and graduate students recruited in December 2018. In particularly, this year's program has 05 doctoral students and 31 graduate students from foreign countries. 

At the opening ceremony, Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice President of TDTU, congratulated the doctoral students and graduate students who have been admitted to TDTU's postgraduate programs. The university assigned doctoral students and graduate students to take the full advantage of TDTU's modern conditions of study and learning to complete the program on time with the best results. On this occasion, the school also awarded scholarships to new doctoral students and graduate students; encourage them to achieve good academic achievement in order to continue to receive scholarship in the following years.
