On 28/01/2018, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) participated in Youth Career Orientation and Advisory Day 2018. This is an annual activity organized by The Ministry of Education and Training and Tuoi Tre Newspaper with the purpose of providing adequate information, assisting high school students in comprehending careers to be able to choose the right one or the right study-direction after graduation from high schools. In particular, TDTU was the main Sponsor, supporting students in transporting them from and to the Day in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
Coming to TDTU information booth, high school students experienced many extra-curricular activities regarding 38 majors at university level of the University; they were also provided with information about how to become TDTU students in the future. In 2018, TDTU is expected to welcome 6.300 new students via 2 application methods: (1) enrolment from the results of the 2018 National Examination; (2) enrolment from the results of grade 11 and 12 at high school. The information helped students with better career orientation, with the majors they needed to choose; with motivation to become the next generation of one of two best public universities in Vietnam at the moment: Ton Duc Thang University.
