On May 12, 2022, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized the 2nd graduation ceremony for 1,101 new masters, bachelors, engineers, architects, and pharmacists.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Dr. Tran Trong Dao - Acting President, Chairman of the Science and Training Council advised the new masters and graduates to be ready for a new journey in a flat world: "The important thing to integrate into the flat world is the ability to create, connect to create opportunities for success, … This requires generations to dream, wake up in the morning and understand that action is needed to make dreams come true". He believes that: "...complex and challenges cannot bury the desire to rise, and those who are from Ton Duc Thang University will be dynamic cores."
At the ceremony, the University also rewarded students with high achievements in study, training, and scientific research. There are some bright examples such as: Lam Thi Huyen Tran - Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, graduating with Excellent ranking, winning the title of Student with 5 good merits; Nguyen Nhat Qui - Faculty of Finance and Banking, graduating with Excellent ranking, having international publications in ESCI and Scopus journals; Van Y Nhi - Faculty of Business Administration, graduating with Excellent ranking and graduating ahead of the training schedule; Nguyen Hoang Yen Nhi - Faculty of Business Administration, graduating with Excellent ranking, TOEIC 900, second prize in student scientific research at university level; Le Vinh Truong - Faculty of Finance and Banking, graduating with Excellence ranking, first prize in student scientific research at university level, title of Student with 5 good merits at university level for 3 consecutive years, being honored "Typical excellent students in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology and lifestyle" by the Ministry of Education and Training, and many other excellent students.
