On the evening of January 7, 2021, at the 71st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of Students, the Vietnamese Student Association awarded the title Student of 5 merits at the central level in 2020.
Le Vinh Truong – fourth-year student of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University was honored to be one of the 198 excellent students nationwide to receive this title.
Student of 5 merits is the noble title of the Vietnamese Student Association awarded to students who meet 5 criteria including good morality, good academic results, good physical strength, good volunteering and good integration. With the academic result of 8.53 points and diligent scores of 100 points, the title of healthy youth at the university level, a prominent face in volunteer programs for community, student exchange scholarship at Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore and many other important achievements, Le Vinh Truong has passed the selection rounds of Students of 5 merits at the university level and city level and was honored as an exemplary student in studying, practicing and serving community at the central level.
Before that, at the commendation ceremony for outstanding students in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2020, Le Vinh Truong was also one of the 130 students who received the certificate of merit from the Minister of Ministry of Education and Training.
