Working with Korea-Vietnam Inclusive Growth Association

On the morning of June 6, 2019, Ms. Yum Un Joo, Chairman of the Korea-Vietnam Inclusive Growth Association (KOVIG) visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). Dr. Vo Hoang Duy-Vice President of TDTU, Dean of Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Korean experts at TDTU had a discussion with the KOVIG Delegation.

Ms. Yum Un Joo appreciated TDTU's outstanding strengths in the field of environment and sustainable development. That is why KOVIG sought to establish the cooperation. In the future, the two sides will jointly organize international conferences and implement cooperative research projects, especially in the field of environmental sciencs. Concurrently, KOVIG invited TDTU to accompany and introduce students to participate in the contest of finding entrepreneur and cooperation ideas for developing Korea and Vietnam organized by KOVIG. It is supposed to take place from August to December 2019 with a total prize of 4,000 USD and the opportunity to visit startup centers in Korea.

KOVIG is established and operates in the fields of economic exchange, culture, education, Korean language training and connecting organizations and individuals of the two countries, etc. contributing to the good and sustainable development, friendship relations between Vietnam and Korea
