On the morning of May 20, 2022, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) solemnly held the Graduation Ceremony - April 2022 phase for 597 masters, bachelors, engineers, architects, and pharmacists.
Attendees in the Ceremony included the Presidential Board, Heads of faculties and functional units, lecturers of faculties, new graduates and their parents.
In his speech, Dr. Tran Trong Dao - Acting President congratulated students and recognized their study efforts. He also gave thanks to all parents for accompanying the University during the past time.
In this phase, there were 20 students with excellent and very good graduation categories, 13 students graduating ahead of schedule and with high English output scores. On behalf of the new graduates to share the joy of graduation, Ms. Bui Nguyen Thao Vy - New Engineer majoring in Chemical Engineering with Very good graduation category, winning Second prize in scientific research at university level - expressed the gratitude to lecturers and parents for giving wings to their dreams on the educational path. “Choosing TDTU as a place to study is a right decision because the lecturers here have always been dedicated to conveying knowledge and accompanying us…” - Vy shared and reminded other graduates to be confident, live with ambitions and be responsible to family and community.
Besides outstanding academic achievements, graduates from TDTU are also equipped with skills to adapt to an integrated working environment and solid self-starter capabilities. The employment rate after graduation of TDTU students is very high. Most of the employers give good feedback about the human resources trained at TDTU, especially the discipline and professional manner.
The ceremony marked the students’ journey of learning efforts and a new journey will open with a range of opportunities ahead. This is not only the happiness of the new graduates, but also the pride of the University when many young talents come out of TDTU and quickly integrate and succeed in life.
