The Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering signed the MOU with the Faculty of Engineering, Pukyong National University

On July 24, 2019, an MOU signing ceremony was organized for the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and the Faculty of Engineering, Pukyong National University (PKNU), Republic of Korea. Representing for TDTU, there were Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice President, Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau, Acting Dean and teachers of the Faculty. From PKNU, there were Prof. Ki-Ryong Kwon, Dean and professors of the Faculty of Engineering, Pukyong National University.

Under the MOU, the two sides will coordinate the implementation of educational and research cooperation programs such as student and faculty exchanges, joint research, international conferences, seminars and other professional exchange activities.

Since early 2017, PKNU has been a strategic partner of TDTU. For nearly 3 years, the two sides have implemented many effective cooperation in the field of education and research. PKNU is also a founding member of the University Consortium International (UCI) launched in April 2019.

Pukyong National University was established in 1996, based on the consolidation of Busan National Fisheries University and Busan National University of Technology. This is one of the universities with excellent research capacity in the fields of biotechnology, fisheries, refrigeration technology, marine ship technology, environmental technology and some other industries. Since early 2017, Pukyong National University has been TDTU's comprehensive cooperation partner.
