With the aim of developing high-quality human resources to perform teaching, research, and managerial tasks towards sustainable and substantive development in accordance with international standards, Ton Duc Thang University develops the policy to attract human resources specifically as follows:

1/Potential personnel: (i) professors, associate professors, and doctors in fields suitable to the University’s training needs; (ii) experts and scientists with a doctorate or higher degree capable of scientific research; (iii) a group of human resources to carry out management work according to the University’s Job Position Plan (appointed to leadership and professional managerial positions).

2/Attraction policy: In addition to income and benefits according to current regulations of the University, the above-mentioned personnel are entitled to additional incentives, including:

-Reputable professors, associate professors, experts, and scientists are given office and accommodation support at the University’s public house.

-Entitled to an increased allowance of up to 30 million VND/month for professors, 20 million VND/month for associate professors and 10 million VND/month for doctors continuously for 24 months from the start date of work at the University.

-Experts and scientists who are researchers and full-time research assistants of the University are entitled to academic degree and academic rank allowances of 8 million VND/month for professors, 6 million VND/month for associate professors, and 3.5 million VND/month for doctors.

-In particular, the University has a preferential policy for scientists working full-time at the University with a high number of citations, specifically as follows:
