On August 21, 2021, nearly 300 students of the Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) attended the talkshow "Conquering Employers - Breakthrough in a new state". This was an event organized by the Faculty of Business Administration in collaboration with FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (FPT Telecom).

Speakers were Ms. Vo Thi Kim Hong - Recruitment Operations Manager, Human Resources Department; Ms. Dinh Ngoc Huong - Internal Lecturer, Training Center; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chu Du - Deputy Director of Southern Sales and Distribution Center of FPT Telecom.

The topic of the talk show was about the skills needed to conquer future employers, especially in the "new normal" after the COVID-19 pandemic. With many years of experience in the field of human resources, Ms. Dinh Ngoc Huong has suggested what students need to easily impress employers, ready to enter the labor market. In addition, Ms. Vo Thi Kim Hong and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chu Du also shared about the trend of modern human resource management, the current situation of human resource management in the time of COVID-19 pandemic along with the importance of digitization and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management.

The exchange between the speakers and students made the talk show more exciting with practical questions from TDTU students. The program has given students useful and practical knowledge about the domestic and international labor market.
