On January 16, 2021, at the stadium of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), the Faculty of Civil Engineering, in collaboration with the Youth Union of Agency for Southern Affairs - Ministry of Construction held a football tournament “Mừng Đảng-Mừng Xuân 2021”.

Participants of  the tournament were 8 football teams from units including Agency for Southern Affairs – Ministry of Construction, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, Binh Duong Department of Construction, Long An Department of Construction, and a number of enterprises in the construction industry.

The results of the tournament are as follows: Novaland Group's team won the first prize, Long An Department of Construction won the second prize and An Phong Construction Company won the third prize.

This is an exchange activity to create a connection between TDTU and other units in the construction field in the South. Taking place in the early days of 2021, in harmony with the new spring celebration, the tournament was also an activity to celebrate the XIII National Party Congress.

Contributing to the university in the study promotion and student support, the leaders of participants awarded 50 scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties and achieved good academic results in the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
