Northern Denmark University continues to implement educational cooperation programs

On Tuesday morning, July 30, 2019, University College of Northern Denmark (UCN) visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). The representatives of the UCN are Assoc. Carl Redmond, Architecture and Construction Management Program Coordinator and Mr. Tran Quang Sau, Admissions Manager. From TDTU, there are Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Vice-President and Dr. Tran Minh Tung, Head of Faculty of Civil Engineering.

The two sides signed a cooperation agreement to implement the Erasmus+ Program for students of Faculty of Civil Engineering. Erasmus+ is a student exchange program established by the European Union and aims to fund skill-enhancement activities for European youth.

In addition, TDTU and UCN also discussed in detail the implementation of student exchange activities within the framework of action programs of the International University Cooperation Network (UCI).

UCN has the main campus in Aalborg City which is one of Denmark’s vibrant port cities and is currently providing more than 40 disciplines. Nineteen of them are taught in English with nearly 14,000 Danish and international students from 50 countries around the world. As one of the 10 founding members of UCI, UCN has, together with TDTU, effectively implemented cooperation programs, especially student exchange programs.
