JIT is a peer-reviewed international journal, which is available free of charge and publishes high-quality scientific articles in the fields of information technology and telecommunications; and is released in four annual issues. Each issue features a minimum of six international scientific articles. TDTU also inaugurated its High Performance Computing (HPC) initiative. On August 29th, 2007, Colorcon Group [USA] officially held the inauguration ceremony and launched the Technical Assistance Center at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in accordance with the agreement signed on 24/05/2017 between two organizations. With a total investment budget of nearly VND4.5 billion, the Colorcon Technical Assistance Center will create the personnel training environment for the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam and the Southeast Asia region on the development of formulations for capsules, film-coated and sugar-coated tablets

The Ton Duc Thang University research team (COMCHEM) uses quantum computing to discover new chemical compounds and phenomena. This has contributed to the study of some basic issues of modern chemistry. The COMCHEM team also studies about protein coil and drugs designed by computer by using MD simulations.
The International Conference on Tourism and Marine Tourism (TMT 2017) was officially opened at Ton Duc Thang University in the morning of 01st August 2017.
