Ton Duc Thang University students learn how to heal feelings

On 17 January 2018 evening, 1000 lecturers and students participated in the event “Meditation heals feelings” which was organized by Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and UCM Vietnam – a leading research center in the field of symbolic language.

With 17 experience years working in feeling therapy, Dr. Francois Bouchard who is a bone health expert specifically instructed TDTU lecturers and students to discover about the process of resonance and the importance of emotional intelligence. As a result, the participants were able to identify the life issues that they have been facing so far. The combination between meditation and Yoga and Yana (breathing techniques) stimulated the self-ability to heal feelings, evoke feelings, hide negative feelings, and broaden happiness experiences. From these activities, the participants were able to identify different types of feelings that they have not paid attention before. The training session helped the participants to feel more love and develop themselves efficiently on the way to study, work and do research at TDTU.
