On the morning of March 13, 2012, at Tan Phong Campus, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and Binh Thuan Province People's Committee signed the Cooperation Plan for 2017-2020 on the basis of the long-term cooperation statement between two units (signed on March 03, 2015). The plan focuses on providing support for the training of professional knowledge and skills, scientific research and technology transfer, as well as socio-economic development for the next four years, especially three important programs: training public administration skills for officials at all levels of the province; focusing on promoting investment with world-class partners and investors as well as developing a chain of human resources for investment promotion. With the motto: "Quality, effectiveness and sustainable development together," this signing ceremony reflects the policy of Binh Thuan People's Committee together with TDTU to continue to create maximum conditions for the two sides to develop effectively and in a sustainable way for both people and learners’ to benefit; optimize the use of resources, eliminate waste to increase the efficiency of both parties.
