Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU)'s Program: Experiencing student life as a Internship Student, Course 09, held on 25^th and 26^th March 2017 had a special meaning when "Internship Students" are those coming from 5 high schools: Thanh My Tay High School, Binh My High School, Tran Van Thanh High School, Binh Long High School and Chau Phu High School from An Giang Province, the hometown of President Ton Duc Thang, whose name the university is honoured to be take.

While taking part in the program, these high school students experienced the learning and living environment at TDTU and lived as a university student, participating in many useful activities: attending a class which simulated 37 different majors, including Economy, Finance, Foreign Languages, Labor Relations, Sports Management, Electrical - Electronics, Law, Pharmacy, Industrial Arts etc..; doing exercise with outdoor activities and 14 elective sports; participating in vibrant and colorful "TDTU Connection" Gala and enjoying  performances of  cultural exchange students between high school students and university students. Pham Thi My Hanh, a student of Grade 12A9, Tran Van Thanh High School, said: "I had a chance to experience the life of a student, learned many things such as queuing, protecting the school environment, time management, communicating with people, and respecting each other. With the knowledge and career orientation that the lecturers gave, I had a clearer goal for my future, and felt more confident, as well as proud, to experience studying at the university of his name – the beloved President of An Giang, President Ton Duc Thang. I hope we will do well in the upcoming exams, which serves as a way to thank those lecturers who supported us. The program gave us a chance to get together and make our dream come true."
