In the morning of October 26, 2017, at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), People's Committee of Lam Dong Province coordinated with TDTU and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ho Chi Minh City Branch to hold a conference on Investment Promotion, Trade Linkage, and Tourism Development in Lam Dong Province 2017.
In the conference speech, the vice-president of Lam Dong People’s Committee emphasized: the purpose of the conference is to introduce a friendly business environment with great potential to investors, and domestic and foreign enterprises; as well as mechanisms and policies to attract investment of the province; provide new information and policies to encourage investors to strengthen trade linkages, develop travel tours and make a good choice of investment opportunities in Lam Dong in the coming time.
During the conference, there were other parallel events held at TDTU such as: a press conference on Dalat Flower Festival 2017; and an exhibition of some typical products of Lam Dong with the participation of more than 30 booths of well-known enterprises.
As one of the core activities of the comprehensive cooperation program between TDTU and Lam Dong Province, TDTU has worked effectively with Lam Dong Investment Promotion Center to successfully organize the conference; built new relationships between domestic and foreign enterprises with the province; promoted broad media coverage of potential and preferential policies to support the socio-economic development of Lam Dong for a happier and more prosperous future for its local residents.
