As part of the State visit to China by General Secretary and State President To Lam (April 14–17), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Dao – President of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), along with the University delegation, participated in the Vietnam–China Forum on Cooperation in Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.
This program is not merely an academic activity but a strategic initiative aligned with the policies of the Government and the Ministry of Public Security to build a “regular, elite, and modern” police force. The collaboration reflects proactive and innovative thinking in education, linking training with practical needs and global integration trends.
