On June 1, 2024, the Grassroots Trade Union of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized the International Children’s Day and awarded Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships for the year 2024 to lecturers’ and staff’s children.

Attending, congratulating, and awarding scholarships at the event were Dr. Vo Hoang Duy – Vice President of TDTU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly – Vice Chairwoman of the University Council, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa – Chairman of the Trade Union of Ton Duc Thang University, and many children of the University’s lecturers and staff.

At the event, the Trade Union of the University praised and awarded 80 Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to children with outstanding academic achievements in the academic year 2023-2024. Additionally, the children had the opportunity to participate in various activities and games on the university campus.

International Children’s Day and the Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships awarding are annual activities organized by the Trade Union of TDTU. These events demonstrate the University’s commitment to the future generation of each family and provide an opportunity for the families of TDTU lecturers and staff to connect and for their children to make friends with one another.
