On July 17, 2023, the delegation of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) led by Dr. Tran Trong Dao - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, the President as Head of the delegation, and leaders of some units of the University had a working session at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to discuss, finalize and sign the contents of the content and the Implementation Plan of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two sides.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan, the Standing Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, with the participation of leaders of departments, divisions, and units including Science and Technology; Finance; Planning and Investment; Education and training; Internal Affairs; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Information and communication; Provincial Youth Union; Pham Van Dong University; Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

After the discussion, the two sides signed and promulgated the implementation plan of the Memorandum of Understanding between the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and Ton Duc Thang University in the period of 2023-2027.

The signing of the MOU implementation plan aims to continue strengthening the close and regular cooperation relationship between the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and TDTU in human resource training, research, and transfer of scientific advances to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country, contributing to the socio-economic development of Quang Ngai Province. In addition, the signing concretizes the tasks and solutions to effectively implement the Memorandum of Understanding on training, scientific research, technology transfer, and trade promotion between the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and TDTU.
