Ton Duc Thang University hereby announces the recruitment of employees for 2026 as follows:

 
I. General requirements
 

Applicants who fully meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social background, religion, or belief, are eligible to apply:

- Being 18 years of age or older;

- Having a complete, valid application dossier and a clear background;

- Being in good health; possessing good moral qualities, a high sense of responsibility, and an appropriate appearance and working style for the applied position;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- Being honest, careful, diligent, enthusiastic and proactive at work;

- Having a long-term commitment orientation to the University.

 

II. Specific requirements
 

2.1. Qualifications and age::

2.1.1. Lecturers under labour contracts or equivalent:

- Holding a Master’s degree or higher suitable for the recruited major/ specialization;

- Having experience in university-level teaching and practical experience in enterprises;

- Lecturers beyond working age / enterprise experts / foreign experts wishing to collaborate with the University under agreed terms;

- Foreign applicants applying for researcher positions must meet the requirements specified in Section 2.1.2.

2.1.2. Researchers:

- Holding a Doctoral degree or higher;

- Being the first author and/or corresponding author of at least 04 WoS- indexed publications in natural sciences and engineering fields; or 02 WoS-indexed publications or 04 Scopus-indexed publications in the social sciences, economics, finance, management, and related fields;

- Being proficient in professional English; strong English communication skills are preferred;

- Having the capacity for teaching and technology transfer.

2.2. Other requirements: Meeting the job requirements and job descriptions corresponding to the applied position (see attached Appendix).

III. Recruitment method (Selection-based recruitment)

 

Round 1: Unit-level interview

- Review of the eligibility conditions and standards declared in the Application Form in accordance with the requirements of the applied position; candidates who meet the requirements will proceed to Round 2.

- Method: Interview and practical assessment.

Round 2: Interview conducted by the University-level Recruitment Committee

Note: No re-evaluation of Round 2 results.

- Application Form (Form No. 1 for applicants of Vietnamese nationality and Form No. 2 for applicants of foreign nationality);

- Curriculum vitae certified by a competent authority;

- Scientific curriculum vitae (CV) for teaching and research positions; a summary of professional experience (CV) for other positions;

- Certified copies of degrees and academic transcripts;

- Professional certificates related to professional skills or expertise (if any);

- English language certificates (if any, certified copies);

- Information technology certificates (if any, certified copies);

- Citizen identification card (certified copy);

- Health certificate issued by a qualified medical facility in accordance with Circular No. 32/2023/TT-BYT dated December 31, 2023, issued by the Ministry of Health;

- Other documents proving work experience.

*Notes:

- For degrees awarded by foreign educational institutions:

+ They must be recognized by competent Vietnamese state authorities;

+ Degrees and academic transcripts must be translated into Vietnamese and properly certified in accordance with regulations.

- For foreign applicants, all degrees, certificates, health certificates, and documents proving work experience must be consularly legalized, translated into Vietnamese, and certified copies provided.
