“Weapons” for stat-up warriors” was the theme of the Talk on business startup hosted by Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in collaboration with the Young Business Association (YBA) of Ho Chi Minh City and the Business Startup Support Centre (BSSC) on the morning of May 10th, 2018 at TDTU. The event is part of a series co-hosted by the BSSC for Vietnam Startup Wheel 2018 Competition, with the participation of three special guests: Ms. Truong Ly Hoang Phi (Shark Phi), BSSC Executive Director, Vice President of YBA; Ms. Tran Uyen Phuong, Deputy General Director of Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group and Mr. Le Dang Khoa (Shark Khoa), Director of Ba La Xanh Fertilizer Limited Company, Director of Tre Viet Ecotourism Village.
From the startup experience with many initial difficulties, the guests suggested that the young entrepreneurs are now like "warriors" before the battles. In order to be successful in the startup war, the "warriors" need to thoroughly equip themselves with "weapons" to help themselves to be stronger, faster, more persistent and wiser. During the talk, the speakers answered many questions about the start-up from the students as well as calling for the "warrior" spirit inside each person; and bringing that "warriors" spirit to the world from their startup projects or business.
