In support of “The International Day of Action for Rivers in 2017”, on March 14, 2017, 60 students of Faculty of the Environment and Labour Safety, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and students from Taiwan, Indonesia and Korea held an environmental media event, in order to protect Can Gio coast in Việt Nam. There were a lot of exciting activities including communicating the need of protection of natural resources such as forest resources and water resources, cleaning up rubbish along the coast and propagating the knowledge of protecting rivers. Knowledge of sustainable development and climate-change prevention was also communicated to all participants.
