Ton Duc Thang University strengthens academic collaboration with the University of Macau
On October 13, 2025, a delegation from Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) paid an official visit to The University of Macau (UM) – a leading public research university in Macau, China.
The TDTU delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Yonghua Song – Rector of UM, and other university leaders. During the meeting, both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a new milestone in their partnership.
The agreement includes initiatives for student and faculty exchanges, co-organized international conferences, and joint research projects in Science & Engineering, Tourism, Business, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, and Health Sciences.
With over 15,000 students and ranked #180 worldwide by THE 2025 and #285 by QS 2026, UM stands as one of the most prestigious universities in Asia.
This collaboration reaffirms TDTU’s commitment to expanding international partnerships, striving toward its vision of becoming a globally recognized research university.
