On March 27, 2021, the Youth Union of Ton Duc Thang University celebrated the 90th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2021) with the theme "Pride in the tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union”.

Representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City School Youth Committee and City Youth Union Committee, generations of Youth Union cadres and more than 300 members of the Youth Union who are studying at Ton Duc Thang University attended the ceremony.

Being proud of the glorious 90-year tradition, over the past years, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has continued to promote its good nature to become the gathering focus of the youth, building a class of patriotic youth, who love socialism, who have political courage, sense of law observance, revolutionary ethics and great lifestyle, who have dreams, ambitions and aspirations to bring the country forward, who have knowledge, health, social skills, professional capacity, and who have a mastery of modern science and technology.

Together with the development of Ton Duc Thang University, over the past 22 years, the Youth Union organization has made its mark in each stage of the University’s development, and effectively contributed to the task of educating many generations of students who have good skills, excellent profession, ideals and a sense of serving the community. The culture of TDTU students has gradually been shaped, including the devotion of the youth through the action programs led by the University’s Youth Union.

This is an opportunity for the union members to preserve traditions, interact with former members of the University’s Youth Union, and exchange their opinion about current concerns of the youth for the purpose of implementing action programs of the Youth Union most effectively.
