According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW not only demonstrates the strong political commitment of the Party and State of Vietnam to the development of science and technology, but also opens up a new phase of development for research universities. For Ton Duc Thang University, this serves as an important foundation for further promoting innovation, developing strategic technologies, and enhancing research capacity in line with international standards.
According to the agreement, both parties will focus on implementing various practical cooperation programs in the field of education and human resource development. TDTU will collaborate with the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation to develop undergraduate and postgraduate training programs, professional development courses, vocational skills training, digital skills, information technology, foreign languages, and more for trade union officials and workers.
