Seoul National University (Korea) students study and exchange culture in Ton Duc Thang University

From 17 to 23 February 2017, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) welcomed lecturers and students of Seoul National University (SNU) to participate in an academic and cultural exchange program. This included activities such as: Seminars on bioactive substances; classes on the language and culture of Vietnam as well as visiting pharmaceutical factories and the Mekong Delta. The program not only granted the students of the two universities the opportunity to improve their access to international knowledge but also contributed greatly to the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Korea. Moreover, it provided countless opportunities for TDTU students to expand their international relationships and improve their foreign languages communication skills on their journey towards becoming global citizens.

SNU was the first national university to be established in South Korea, is ranked number one nationally, and is considered Korea's model university. Currently, the School is ranked 8th in the TOP 10 Asia, and 31st in the world (According to QS World University Rankings: 2015). SNU links with a number of the world 's leading universities such as: Harvard, Standford, and Yale and over 700 leading research institutes in 40 different countries. TDTU signed a comprehensive memorandum of cooperation with SNU on 17 February 2017.
