Ton Duc Thang University Welcomes New Students of the Intake 29 to the Academic Year 2025-2026
On the morning of August 23, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) joyfully welcomed newly admitted students to complete their enrollment procedures.
From as early as 6:30 a.m., all departments in charge of student reception were fully prepared. The TDTU campus in Ho Chi Minh City was filled with a vibrant, colorful, and joyful atmosphere as activities unfolded to welcome new students of the intake 29 into the TDTU family.

This year’s enrollment steps at the university include: submitting the high school graduation exam result certificate and receiving the admission letter; paying tuition fees; submitting student documents and receiving uniforms; registering for the dormitory and receiving guidance on rental housing; taking student ID photos; and taking the English placement test.
At every stage of the enrollment process, new students are provided with dedicated support and guidance on required documents, procedures, essential information for student life, and the University’s official communication channels.
Upon learning about the three ethical conduct of TDTU students – studying diligently to show gratitude and filial piety toward parents; respecting the law and the University’s regulations; and fostering selflessness with a sense of community – the families of newly admitted students expressed their confidence in entrusting their children to a well-structured, high-quality, dynamic, and internationally integrated environment.

TDTU will welcome parents and students from August 25 until 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025. Previously, on the evening of August 22, 2025, the University announced the matriculation scores for undergraduate programs.
Allocating over 80 billion VND for scholarships
On the afternoon of August 25, the University continued to announce the additional 2025 undergraduate admissions until 5:00 p.m. on September 8, 2025, according to Method 1: Admission based on high school academic performance (results from six semesters and other academic achievements); Method 2: Admission based on the 2025 high school graduation exam results; Method 3: Admission based on the 2025 competency assessment test results of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.

The additional admissions for international joint training programs will continue to accept applications for the next round until December 15, 2025 (subject to remaining quotas).

This year, the University plans to admit 7,070 students. This includes undergraduate admissions for 43 standard programs, 21 advanced programs, 11 English-taught programs, and 11 English-taught foundation undergraduate programs.
Additionally, there are 13 programs at the Khanh Hoa Branch, 13 international joint training programs, and 13 the foundation international joint training programs, all admitted through 4 admission methods.

Notably, the University has dedicated over 80 billion VND to a wide range of scholarship programs, aimed at encouraging learning and fostering students’ talents.
