On June 27, 2024, the delegation from the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam and Hanoi Procuratorate University (HPU) visited and had a working session at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).

Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Civil Affairs Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Standing Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam, led the delegation along with representatives from HPU, the Office of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam, Agency of Planning and Finance of The Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam, and the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Procuracy to visit and work at TDTU.

Presiding over the reception and working with the delegation were Dr. Tran Trong Dao, President of TDTU, Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice President of TDTU, along with leaders from several Departments and Faculties of TDTU.

The delegation visited the facilities and learning environment of TDTU at Tan Phong campus, District 7, and had a working session with the Presidential Board. During the session, both sides exchanged and shared experiences on investment in construction and management of the University’s facilities.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Civil Affairs Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Standing Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam, expressed gratitude for the warm and cordial reception given to the delegation by TDTU. He acknowledged the experiences shared by both sides during the meeting. Additionally, the delegation highly appreciated the discipline in the activities and studies of the students, lecturers, and staff of TDTU. In addition, they were impressed by not only the modern and convenient facilities but also the clean and green environment of the University.
