Welcome the 20^th anniversary of the foundation of District 7, Ho Chi Minh City (01/4/1997 - 01/4/2017), the District 7 Public Performing Arts Festival, organized by XI in 2017 with the participation of 12 Units of the ward, agencies, branches, unions, enterprises, schools and armed forces. Among them are young dynamic students of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).

Enormous in form, creative in content and style of performance, the art team brought to the contest the repertoire of traditional values ​​of our father in the struggle to build and maintain the country and the city.
