On May 27, 2024, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and CRIF D&B Vietnam Limited Liability Company (LLC) held a ceremony to sign an MOU.

At the signing ceremony, representing CRIF D&B Vietnam LLC was Mr. Federico Fontolan – Regional Director of Business Development of CRIF Group. On behalf of TDTU, the representatives including Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau – Vice President, Mr. Tang Khac Quy – Director of the Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly – Vice Chairwoman of the University Council, and Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, along with lecturers and staff from the Faculty of Business Administration, witnessed the signing ceremony. 

Both parties have signed an MOU regarding the organization of academic seminars, the implementation of excursions, support for internships and graduation internships for TDTU students; collaborative research and training, support for experts in the field of economics, and credit scoring; and sponsorship of data applying the ESG criteria (Environmental, Social, and Governance) of enterprises worldwide on the Synesgy platform for use in scientific research and teaching activities.
