On April 22, 2022, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and Unity Architects Company (URC) signed a memorandum of understanding.

From the Unity Architects, there was the presence of Ms. Pham Ha Giang - General Director, Mr. Han My Can - Design Director, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh - Head of Human Resources Department. From TDTU, there was the participation of Mr. Tang Khac Quy - Acting head of the Center for Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni, Dr. Tran Minh Tung - Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, MSc. Hoang Le Duy - Vice Dean of Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts, Head of Interior Design Division, lecturers, and staff.

The cooperation with URC is a bridge for it to share very practical topics related to soft skills training programs for students in order to broaden a realistic perspective of what businesses expect from young human resources. A strong point of TDTU is that, in addition to the full-time lecturers, the University regularly invites entrepreneurs and experts from reputable enterprises to participate in teaching and fostering skills for students.

Being experienced in a practical environment helps students increase their knowledge, orient their future, contribute to the community, and build their personal reputation with professionalism and ethics.

Through this cooperation, it is expected to exploit and develop the strengths and capacities of the two sides in terms of research results, combine business management solutions and prioritize recruiting human resources from TDTU.
