On April 21, 2023, FPT Corporation and Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized an MOU signing ceremony.
On the FPT Corporation side, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chu Quang Huy - Chief Human Resource Officer, Mr. Vo Dang Phat - Chief of Marketing and Communications, and other senior leaders of the company. Dr. Tran Trong Dao - President of TDTU and leaders of departments, faculties and institutes of the University welcomed the delegation.
According to the terms of the MOU, the two sides will carry out educational and scientific research activities; organize tours and internships for students at FPT member companies, prioritize recruiting and training graduates from TDTU; sponsor practice rooms, the system of exam preparation rooms in the field of information technology; coordinate in organizing career orientation seminars and international scientific conferences; scholarship funding; provide lecturers, students, etc. with research sites.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa expressed his impression of TDTU's facilities and system of practice rooms and laboratories and hoped that the two sides would cooperate successfully in fostering and improving the quality of education, to give students an objective view of the job potential at technology companies.
Dr. Tran Trong Dao affirmed that TDTU always strives to improve and enhance training programs and update knowledge in line with modern digital transformation trends. The university agreed to work with FPT Corporation to develop a strategy and effectively implement the cooperation contents in the coming time.
