On morning May 31, 2019, Mr. Nguyen Mau, District Party Committee Secretary; Mr. Tran Van Man, Deputy District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People’s Committee; leaders of District Committee and People’s Committee of Mo Duc District, Quang Ngai Province visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). The delegation joined an overall tour of functional rooms of Tan Phong campus, Inspirational Library and Smart Agricultural Experimental Garden of TDTU, etc.

Mo Duc District is currently promoting and attracting investment in areas suitable to the local strengths, such as high-tech agriculture, processing industry and services. Mr. Tran Van Man shared “With the strength of TDTU, Mo Duc District offered to cooperate with the school to implement 5-year long-term plan. Regarding education, to train talents for the district, following the example of Prof. Le Vinh Danh, TDTU President, the District expects the school to organize training English and information technology to local officials as well as build a library management system, etc. In terms of developing community projects, the District Youth Union, with the support of TDTU, will jointly organize tours and work for children in particular and local in general.”

Supporting the local to grow their socio-economic development is the way that TDTU carries out its responsibility to serve the country. Therefore, the school is very willing to cooperate with the leaders of Mo Duc District in particular and Quang Ngai Province in general to immediately implement the agreed collaboration to soon contribute to building a prosperous and happy community.
